Event Description:

We support the Unitech Racing Team and Arthur Sissis #61.

The Team enjoyed a great weekend at Mac Park on 3-4th October after a lack of competition and track time over the past 8 months.  The Master of Mac Park & Round 2 of the SA Road Race Championship, was a great success and congratulations to the Mount Gambier Motorcycle club and their major sponsor OGR - O G Roberts & co for a great meeting and social event.

It was great to catch up many customers, friends and our SA ASBK family.

Arthur did us proud and a huge congratulations to all of the competitors on a fantastic job in such wet conditions in the Master of Mac Park feature race.

Arthur rode well to win the 4 State Title Championship races and to break the outright lap record of 1.09:373 - qualifying fasted with a 1.08:867.  

The 15 lap feature race was a little more challenging with very wet conditions and a strong early race challenge from the #99 of Will Strugnell, however on lap 4 Arthur took control of the race and steadily pulled away to a convincing win in the driving rain.  All agreed this was a spectacular race and a credit to all who competed in the conditions.

We look forward being able to compete in the ASBK at The Bend on November 20-22.
