"🏍️SA Championship - Round 5 and Master of Mac Park 🏍️

What an incredible way to finish the SA State Champs here at Mac Park - Mount Gambier Motor Cycle Club. Thank you to all the officials and volunteers for a smoothly run event. The weather was looking interesting in the lead up but lucky for us all we got away with it and didn’t really need our wet tyres 🙌

I had some brilliant battles out on track, in particular with Darren Trotter, we changed track positions multiple times throughout the races and sometimes a little closer than anticipated 🫣 but it was always tough, fun and respectful moves which made for just awesome racing in the Production 300 and Limited Classes.

On my 600 - well that is just a WHOLE like more bike and is going to take a lot more practice until I feel completely comfortable. I will take away huge positives from this weekend though as I started out doing a lap time of 1:25 and got down to 1:17 and by the end of Sunday it was starting to really feel smooth 😁

As this was the conclusion of the SA State Champs - I am thrilled to finish the season for the Production 300 Class and Pre-Modern ‘13 in 3RD PLACE 🥉 I have had a very consistent year battling with awesome friends out on track.

Thank you so much to my family - Grandad Andrew Bannerman, Dad David Warren and Mum Natasha Warren that support me every round and work so hard in the pits - it takes a massive effort to ride multiple classes and seriously without you I just couldn’t do it. Izaak is always around too but he is always volunteering for the club I am racing at which is just awesome too 🤩
