Returns Policy
Upon delivery of the product, the buyer shall have 7 days to inspect product and notify the seller in writing, of any defective goods or goods delivered not as per original invoice. The buyer agrees that a 7 day period provides buyer a reasonable opportunity to inspect the product. such notification shall identify each and every reason for any rejection of the product. Buyer's failure to reject product within such 7 day period shall constitute a waiver of buyer's inspection right and an unqualified and irrevocable acceptance of the product by the buyer.
Any order that has been placed and accepted by the seller an only be cancelled by the buyer with written approval from the seller and under conditions that compensate the seller for any losses. Stocked products: the seller will allow cancellation within 4 weeks of the order being placed, but a 25% fee of the total order value will be applied to cover re-stocking costs. Special orders of non-standard or custom-built products: The seller will not accept cancellations for special orders of non-standard or custom-built products. Products not normally kept in stock: The seller will not accept cancellations of products not normally kept in stock. Any return products must me unused, unmarked and in original packaging.
Return postage is at the expense of the customer and replacement goods will be a free delivery charge.
